
Many young guys suffer with the humiliation of starting to go bald early in life. Being teased about losing your hair is not something anyone should ever have to deal with. Imagine then being a young girl in high school and losing your hair.
This is what happened to Stephanie Weed who suffers from Alopecia Areata, an autoimmune skin disease that results in hair loss and has no cure.
Instead of hiding away, Stephanie has shown tremendous courage by continuing to be the point guard on the Leigh basketball team, despite her visible hair loss.
