Is your shampoo ‘A Gimmick’ or ‘For-Real’?  Watch the Today Show on NBC on Thursday, May 24th to find out.

If you’ve got a “hair problem”–including sensitive scalp, colored hair, processed hair or thinning hair–using the right haircare and styling products are important.

Many products claim to be helpful for certain conditions: “Anti-Frizz,” “Anti-Flat,” “For Colored Hair,” “For Thinning Hair,” etc.  But can shampoo and conditioners really make a difference?

NBC’s consumer reporter, Jancie Lieberman–with the help of Dr. Bauman, Bauman Medical Group, Wild Hare Salon of Boca Raton, and some willing volunteers, put some popular haircare products ‘to the test.’

Which products were “for real” and which were “gimmicks”?  Find out Thursday morning on NBC’s Today Show.
