A Wisconsin teenager is now an official Guinness Book of World Records holder for having the longest arm hair in the world.
Robert Starrett, a freshman at Homestead High School, has a single hair growing on his arm that has been measured at 5.3 inches. He first discovered the hair six months ago when it was two-and-a-half inches long.
Robert applied to the Guinness Book of World records to have his record accepted. After getting the hair measured in front of a number of witnesses, his record-breaking arm hair was officially recognized and he now holds the record for having the world’s longest arm hair.
Unfortunately Robert might not have very long to bask in his glory as he is the third person in just six months to break the long arm hair record. Seems like half the world is awash in long arm hairs while the other half is searching for reasons why their head hair is getting thinner.
